In total, SanMar offers over 12 brands for outfitting America’s workforce. You’ll find dress shirts for the executive level; polyester pique or technical polos that are perfect for rental programs; and IL50 certified work wear or safety apparel that’s built for the tough condition of the end user’s jobsite.

All of SanMar’s work wear and safety products meet the guidelines of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). In addition, we ensure safety and security through our supply chain as a certified partner with Custom-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). Lastly, SanMar is the only wholesale apparel company to be fully participating member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA).

At SanMar we’ve been family-owned and customer-focused for over 40 years. We have the most on-hand inventory among wholesale suppliers. With 6 nationwide locations totaling more than 3.5 million square feet of inventory space we can ship to over 99% of the United States population within 2 days. The IL Team

Our IL team assists in strategy planning, route training, sales development and profit maximization. Combined we have over 70 years of IL Industry experience and our goal is to help you grow your business.

Barb Herman, IL Manager

Barb Herman

Barb Herman has been with SanMar for over five years leading the IL team. She specializes in creating exceptional uniform programs including everything from imaging and branding, to creating company uniform programs and designs. Barb has over 20 years of experience in the textile rental, garment resale and textile wholesale segments industry.

She began her career at a hospital linen plant and worked her way through various positions before switching to the supply side with a national emblem manufacturer. Barb has been a featured speaker at industry conventions and consulted some of the largest companies in the industry as a trainer/teacher in sales, marketing and finance.

Russ Wenter, IL Territory Manager

Russ Wenter

Russ is the Industrial Laundry Territory Manager for the western United States and has over 30 years of uniform rental industry experience. His career began at his family’s laundry, where he worked in production, service and sales, learning all aspects of the business. Russ then moved to the supplier side, selling a variety of products to the uniform rental industry. Before joining SanMar, Russ was a regional sales manager at a facilities service provider, where he was responsible for growing national accounts and acquiring new IL accounts. Russ resides in the Bay Area on the West Coast.

Phil Osborn, IL Territory Manager

Phil Osborn

Phil is the Industrial Laundry Territory Manager for the mid western United States and has been in the IL industry for over 20 years. Osborn started his career at Alsco as a route rep and then moved into sales, management and marketing. Prior to joining SanMar, he worked for G&K Services for 12 years. Phil lives with his wife and family in Texas.

Randy Lippman, IL Territory Manager

Randy Lippman

Randy is the newest member of the IL team and will manage the atlantic region of the U.S., covering territory from Miami to Maine. Randy comes to SanMar with three years of experience in the IL industry, formally focused on stockroom production and new sales. Randy is based in Ft. Lauderdale where he lives with his family.
