Integration Options
The Options
We’ve got every step of the purchasing process taken care of—from product sourcing and pricing to order placement and shipment confirmation. All of our custom integration options are offered in delimited text (comma-separated values) file format, which means that we can provide information that’s compatible with almost any program and computer.
Product Information Integration
With our Extended Product Descriptor Database (EPDD) (400+MB), you can import up-to-date product information and integrate it into your websites, software systems, databases or ordering systems. 
This resource contains the SKU, style number, sizes, color swatches, images, weight and price for every product we offer. Because this information is exported from www.sanmar.com, you must be a registered web user in order to access the EPDD download. This initial import must be periodically re-downloaded to ensure accuracy of styles and pricing. Many of our third party vendors also offer digital catalogs with our complete product information.
Additional product information resources to enhance your product information integration. Our Daily Inventory & Pricing File allows you to receive a daily file that shows current pricing (including sale items), along with daily inventory levels, displayed by warehouse location.
Or, effectively plan your company promotions with our Daily Sales File, which summarizes all current SanMar sales and promotions.

Direct Order Integration
Our most robust capability, Direct Order Integration allows you to quickly and easily submit orders electronically from your computer to ours.
This resource is available via our direct integration format or with select software and service providers.
Shipment Confirmation Integration
With our Direct Order Confirmation File, you can receive a file at the end of each day that itemizes all of your orders by their purchase order number, along with their tracking number and costs.
In addition to our flat file integration method, we also offer integration capability through various third party vendors, as well as custom XML files, which meet EDI and e•PSA standards, on an approved basis.
