High Resolution Image Files

In order to use the high resolution TIF images, you will need to have a premium image editing program, some of which are listed below. Click on the link to the high resolution TIF image and save the File to a folder on your computer.

You will need to save it to a folder where you will be able to find it later, so it might be a good idea to create a folder specifically for this purpose.

All high resolution images have been compressed with a .ZIP compression utility. This reduces the file size and speeds up the download. You can obtain a .ZIP utility from WinRAR, WinZip or Stuffit Expander.

Once you have decompressed the .ZIP file locally (on your computer) you will be able to open it with a premium image editing software of your choice. High resolution TIF images can be manipulated best in the following programs:

Premium Image Editors:

(These premium applications have free trial versions available for download.)

Free Basic Online Image Editors:

As an alternative, you can also use one of many free online basic editors. Most of the free online editors work with low resolution .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG format images, and allows you to resize, crop, rotate, add text and other visual effects. These are all web browser-based applications so no software to download and install is required.

Freeware/Shareware Image Editors:

These applications are available for free download. Though they are not as powerful as the premium editors, they do offer similar standard functions.

File Compression Utilities:

Use a File Compression Utility to decompress the downloaded images.
